You may be dissatisfied with the product and wish to return it. To request a return, please contact me personally to make the process as personalized as possible.

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing your product(s). During this period, you can return the products provided they are returned in the same and original condition as when you received them. The conditions for returning your products are listed below:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days. This return policy only applies to purchases placed directly through the website. Items purchased through third-party retailers, such as Marktplaats, are excluded from this return policy.
  • The product is in its original, exact condition as when you received it. However, you may test the product at your own risk.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs yourself.
  • The risk of return shipment lies with the customer. You can also always return the products in person in Drachten.
  • Once the return has arrived, the products will be manually checked for condition. Once the products have been received and approved, the refund will be initiated.
  • If the products are found to be in different condition, broken, or a new product is returned used, the return will not be accepted. The returned products will then be returned to the customer or an alternative solution will be offered.
  • If you've tested the clubs to see if they're a good fit but still want to return them, please ensure they're clean and in good condition. If the product(s) aren't returned clean or dirty, a cleaning fee of €15 may be charged. This fee doesn't apply to clubs with minor stains, and is only for clubs that are truly dirty and covered in mud.

The products are, for the most part, secondhand. Therefore, no warranty is provided on the products.

A large portion of the order is shipped. Thom's Golfgear is not responsible for the shipping process. Thom's Golfgear is responsible for the package until it is delivered to the courier in question. From that point on, the recipient of the package is responsible. An approval form must be provided for this. Before the order is placed, a checkbox appears that must be approved before the order can be placed.
